Social research and design excellence combine to create a new working environment for the Haworth Ideation Research Team.  A group effort to strategically identify core values and reinterpret workplace environments has manifest a space aiming to adapt and provide inspiration to a dynamic work group. With concerns for communication and a desire to bridge into the twenty-first century, a unique and innovative piece of architecture was designed. A traditional material and research library was vertically integrated with a stair set creating pockets for creativity. This twentieth-first century library was then encased in a screen of interactive touch screens to aid in innovation and communication between the design team and headquarters in Holland, MI.
